Simon Schnetzer
Youth Researcher & Speaker, Young Germans 2030

Simon Schnetzer is founder of “The Survey – Junge Deutsche,” which researches the impact of digitization on Generation Y & Z in Germany. Simon is a trained economist and was the sustainability guy for cocoa at United Nations until 2009. In 2010 he set out by bike to couch surf and interview young Germans to really understand how the next generation ticks, their needs and what drives them. He chose rural Kempten in Bavaria to start up his company and with Gründervilla he built what he missed from Berlin: coworking, a creative community and an innovative environment for startups. Simon is one of Europe’s most eloquent youth researchers and among the Top Speakers and Trainers with Speakers Excellence, researching and performing for clients like BMW, Bosch or the Bavarian State Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Let him teach you how to drum the beat of the next generation. What is the beat? It’s the future. It’s innovation. It’s the noise you’ll hear when you gather your target group for co-creation.
