Tobias Karbe is Director Research & Insights at Viacom in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, leading the analytics and primary research activities of Viacom in the region. Many of his research projects focus on young target groups (kids, teens, young adults) as getting a better understanding in what they think and feel is highly valuable to some of Viacom’s brands like MTV, Viva & Nickelodeon.
Tobias has been with the company since 2011, starting as an analyst for Nickelodeon. Before he came to Viacom, he was project manager with a Berlin based research agency with focus on media effects, usability, real-time response tests and new technology. Tobias holds a Diploma in Applied Media Studies.
